Now, my dreams have become reality with Monstera bistro - just like the monstera plant that I have known since my childhood. I played with Legos under it, I ran around it in my primary school, I have been seeing it in public offices and now we have one in our house and in Monstera bistro. With its delicious edible fruit it also inspires me in my kitchen.
Monstera bistro offers great food, prepared with top quality ingredients at their seasonal best, sourced from trustworthy suppliers. Monstera represents innovative author cuisine, where seasonal ingredients thrive in bistro lunches and new flavours find their way into tasting menus at the weekends.
Culinary experiences are complemented with a selection of ecological wines, Monstera craft beer, homemade 100% juices and syrups and Ljubljana's still and sparkling water. Besides that, Monstera bistro follows the "zero-waste cuisine" concept, which offers us a new dimension of thinking about food and cooking.

Fresh seasonal ingredients are the center point of our delicious bistro lunches. Our menu, which we change every few days, includes two appetizers, two main courses and two desserts to choose from. The menu includes meat and vegetarian options.
At the weekend, we take some time to experiment with new culinary ideas. Together with our guests, we are discovering new culinary horizons through our 7 course tasting dinner menu.
Food at Monstera bistro is accompanied by bio wines, signature Lila Misa craft beer, delicious home made syrups and 100% juices, and crystal clear Ljubljana tap water - still or sparkling.
